Sport 24 LIVE In-Flight During July
We are pleased to announce more LIVE sporting events that are to be broadcast on Sport 24 throughout July.

Sport 24 LIVE In-Flight 26th June – 2nd July
LIVE sporting action in-flight today through 2nd July includes:
- Tennis from the lush green courts of Wimbledon and action from the likes of Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic, Maria Sharapova, Andy Murray, Serena Williams, Victoria Azerenka and Fernando Verdasco to name a few, all battling for the Championship titles.
- The British & Irish Lions take on the Wallabies for the 2nd time. Having won the first of their three test matches against them, they are determined to be victorious again this Saturday. Their players are rested and ready; including Alun Wyn Jones, Jonathan Sexton, Captain Sam Warburton, Leigh Halfpenny and Ben Youngs.
- Formula 1 comes to Silverstone in the UK. Sebastian Vettel is currently leading with the most points on the board, a sizeable lead over Fernando Alonso, Kimi Raikkonen, Lewis Hamilton and teammate Mark Webber however, there’s still over half the races of the year to go so everything is to drive for. The Silverstone track never fails to push them to their limits.

Sport 24 LIVE In-Flight 22nd – 28th June
We are excited to announce the start of the 3rd tennis Grand Slam begins on Monday 24th July. Tennis whites, fresh strawberries, lush green grass and the best tennis players in the world descend upon the Wimbledon Championships for two weeks with aim to take the title in the various tournaments; the men’s and women’s singles, the men’s and women’s doubles, and the mixed doubles.
Rafael Nadal who has had a great run of form, has controversially been seeded 5th, below the likes of Andy Murray, Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic. In the women’s singles Serena Williams is looking fit fresh from her triumph at the French Open, along with Maria Sharapova, Victoria Azarenka and Li Na.
Sport 24 will be broadcasting LIVE action for the whole 2 weeks of the tournament.
Also taking place this weekend is the 1st British and Irish Lions Test against the Qantas Wallabies. With a number of injuries affecting the line up and some players still not fit, it will be a true test of team work for Warren Gatland’s squad as they take on the best team Australia has to offer.

Cebu Air Inc. will be offering wi-fi onboard its flights to Singapore starting July 1 and on Dubai flights by October 7.
Cebu Air recently flew home a wi-fi enabled A300 aircraft, the first in the Philippines, from Toulouse, France.
