The US Open, the last tennis Grand Slam of the year, has started and already there have been some excellent LIVE matches and they’re only going to get better as the tournament continues.
Defending Champions; Andy Murray and Serena Williams will have to fend off the likes of Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Victoria Azerenka, Na Li and Caroline Wozniacki in their quests for the singles title.

The Barclays Premier League Season 2013-2014 begins this weekend with worldwide excitement. Sport 24 will be broadcasting LIVE matches including Liverpool v Stoke City, Swansea v Manchester United and newly promoted Crystal Palace v Tottenham Hotspurs to name a few.

Higher bandwidth key to British Airways’ selection of Panasonic for inflight connectivity trial
British Airways chose Panasonic Avionics as its partner for a planned inflight connectivity trial on a Boeing 747 later this year because it wanted to offer a high bandwidth connection to gain a truer understanding of how its customers would use onboard Wi-Fi.
CNN International cements inflight presence
CNN will now be available, live, through eXTV, the global in-flight live television service serving passengers in EMEA, Asia and Latin America, having reached an agreement with Panasonic Avionics.
Sport 24 LIVE In-Flight: PGA, Bundesliga, & ATP Masters 1000s
- The final Golf Major of 2013 starts today – the PGA Championship. Some of the players include Tiger Woods, Justin Rose, Rory McIlroy, Lee Westwood and Sergio Garcia, all competing for the title.
- The Bundesliga 2012-2013 season starts on Friday with Bayern Munich in action against Borussia Monchengladbach.
- There’s plenty of action from the ATP World Tour Masters 1000 series; Andy Murray, Rafael Nadal, Thomas Berdych and other top players are competing in Montreal this week and Cincinnati next week all in preparation for the US Open Grand Slam taking place at the end of the month.
