BREAKING NEWS: Sport 24 To Broadcast Euro 2016 Qualifiers

We are pleased to announce that for the first time ever passengers around the world will be able to watch the European 2016 Qualifiers Sport 24 - Euro 2016 QualifiersLIVE whilst onboard aircraft around the world – only with Sport 24.

The European 2016 Qualifiers are played to determine the 23 football teams who will compete in UEFA Euro 2016, and join France, who qualify automatically because they are hosts of UEFA Euro 2016.

The action starts this weekend. Please note that there will be two matches played by the 2014 World Cup winning team, Germany, broadcast this weekend.

ANA to expand its in-flight Wi-Fi Service

In order to respond to the evolving needs of its customers’, ANA is extending its in-flight Wi-Fi services. During 2015, “ANA Wi-Fi Service” will be more readily available across ANA’s international network and will be introduced on certain domestic routes.

Lufthansa issues tender to equip short-haul fleet with Internet

Lufthansa has issued a request for proposals (RFP) to bring inflight Internet to its short- and medium-haul routes. A “call for tenders” has already been issued, says the carrier in a statement celebrating the European Aviation Safety Agency’s (EASA) initiative to make ‘flight mode’ for passengers’ own electronic devices a thing of the past, pending a safety assessment process by airlines.
