Virgin Australia to offer free inflight Internet on USA flights
Virgin Australia will offer free inflight Internet on selected flights to Los Angeles from December 2017, as the first two of the airline’s five Boeing 777-300ER jets to be upgraded with satellite WiFi take wing.
That aircraft will be shared between the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane routes to Los Angeles and back, with passengers enjoying free Internet access during a public ‘beta test’ of the system.

AirAsia Indonesia launches Wi-Fi, inflight entertainment service
AirAsia Indonesia officially launched its Wi-Fi and inflight entertainment service on Friday.
Said to be the first of its kind among low-cost carriers in Indonesia, the service, named ROKKI, a collaboration with internet service provider Indosat Ooredoo Business, will be available on select domestic and international flights code-named QZ.
