From gumbo to turtle soup and from shaved catfish to po’boy, there’s no shortage of flavors in the culinary landscape of the Big Easy. Our guide on this journey is celebrity chef and author John Besh. With several restaurants and accolades under his belt, Besh is the Louisiana homeboy whose dishes celebrate the bounty and traditions of his region.
